My closet items disappeared after signing in on a new device.
Your closet is tied to your Apple account, not the device. Sign in with the same Apple ID on the new device and your items will sync down. If they don't, email us with your account email and we'll investigate.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Account → Delete account in the app. This is permanent and wipes everything you've added, across all your devices. If you signed in with Apple, we also revoke our access to your Apple ID.
Can I use Roro without an internet connection?
Mostly yes. You can browse your closet, build outfits, and log days while offline. Adding new items requires a connection because background removal and categorization run on our servers.
Why does Roro need access to my photos?
Only to let you pick photos of clothing items to add to your closet. We don't read or scan anything else in your photo library.
