Terms of Service

The Service is provided by Roro (“we”, “us”, “our”). You can reach us at hi@hellogoodday.com.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

• You can create an account using your email address or by using Sign in with Apple.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
• You may delete your account at any time from inside the app. When you delete your account, we permanently remove your personal data and content as described in our Privacy Policy, except where retention is required by law.

The Service lets you upload and store content such as photos of clothing items, outfits, notes, tags, calendar entries, packing lists, inspirations, and shared closet invitations (“Your Content”). You retain ownership of Your Content. By uploading Your Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely as needed to operate and improve the Service for you.

You are solely responsible for Your Content. You represent that you have the rights to the photos and other materials you upload, and that they do not infringe anyone else’s rights.

You agree not to:

• Upload or share content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, hateful, sexual, violent, deceptive, or otherwise objectionable.
• Upload images of other people without their permission, especially identifiable photos of children.
• Attempt to access another user’s account, data, or shared closet without authorization.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Service except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
• Use the Service to send spam or to scrape, harvest, or otherwise misuse data.
• Bypass any rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

The Service includes features that let you share a closet with another person you invite. When you share a closet, the recipient can view the items and outfits you have chosen to share. You can revoke access at any time. If you encounter content that violates these Terms, please use the in-app “Report” option or email hi@hellogoodday.com. We aim to review reports promptly and may remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion.

The Service uses third-party AI to help you analyze and tag clothing photos. The AI is provided “as is” and may produce inaccurate or incomplete results. Do not rely on the AI’s output for any decision that requires professional advice. We process the minimum data necessary to deliver these features and instruct the AI provider not to use your content to train their models, where the provider supports that option.

The Service may request access to your camera, photo library, and location. These permissions are used only to support features you initiate (photographing clothing, importing outfit photos, fetching weather for outfit suggestions). You can change these permissions at any time in your device settings. Some features will not work without the relevant permissions.

The Service is free to use today. If we introduce paid features in the future, we will display the price and terms at the point of purchase, and any subscription will be subject to any additional terms shown at that time.

The Service, including its software, design, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Roro and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

The Service relies on third parties for hosting, authentication, AI analysis, and analytics-free product operation. Their handling of your data is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We list the categories of providers in our Privacy Policy.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roro and its affiliates, officers, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with these terms or the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or (b) USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Roro and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms or any law.

You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from inside the app. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, sections that by their nature should survive will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify you in the app or by email at least seven days before it takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Where applicable consumer-protection laws of your country of residence give you additional rights, those rights are not waived.

If you obtained the app through the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply: (a) these Terms are between you and us, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content; (b) Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance and support; (c) in the event of any failure to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); (d) Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the Service; (e) Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
